The Berwyn Development Corporation #hireberwyn campaign provides the connection of our local Educators/Teachers/Students with Business/Employers resulting in workforce success. The resources listed are interested in partnering with local businesses who have an interest in providing students and young adults employment opportunities within the community. This includes seeking part time or full-time jobs while in high school as well as post-graduation, volunteer opportunities and internship experiences. Some of these resources also offer paid internship programs to participating businesses.

Morton College Community and Continuing Education non-credit programs reflect the latest industry and real-world development trends and offer exciting learning opportunities for our diverse community. These non-credit classes help students' reach their personal goals, whether that is employment, entertainment, or social engagement, in a short amount of time. The classes are offered in various formats in-person, hybrid, virtual and online. Continuing Education program offers non-credit certificates for job seekers in industries with high-demand positions, including Healthcare, Hospitality, and Logistics & Transportation. Students who earn an employer-recognized certificate are much more likely to find steady employment in the industry of their choice.
