Annual JRB Meeting

About the TIF Annual Joint Review Board (JRB) 

The Annual Joint Review Board meetings are an important part of how the City of Berwyn ensures thoughtful oversight of its Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Districts (Depot District, Roosevelt, Cermak, and Ogden). Held each year and open to the public, these meetings provide an opportunity to review the annual TIF report submitted to the State of Illinois and share updates on current and upcoming projects within each district.

Representatives from the taxing bodies that serve the Berwyn community come together for these discussions, supporting a transparent and well-rounded review of each TIF district’s financial activity. These meetings reflect Berwyn’s ongoing commitment to accountability, collaboration, and the careful investment of resources to strengthen our neighborhoods and local economy.
