Berwyn Fall Fest

Fall Fest marks a fresh take on a beloved Berwyn tradition, bringing the community together to celebrate the changing seasons with a warm, welcoming, and family-friendly weekend. As summer fades and autumn settles in, Fall Fest invites residents and visitors alike to gather in the heart of Brewyn's Depot District for a day of connection, entertainment, and local flavor.
This event blends the best of the former Oktoberfest with more of the seasonal charm of the fall. Attendees can enjoy live music throughout the 2 days and a curated mix of craft vendors and local artisans. A wide variety of food options, from Berwyn favorites to seasonal specialties, ensures there’s something for every palate.
Fall Fest is designed with all ages in mind. Families can take part in pumpkin painting, kids activities, and games that make the event feel festive, inclusive, and memorable. For adult attendees, beer sales and nearby seating provide opportunities to relax, connect, and enjoy the fresh air.
At its core, Fall Fest is both a farewell to summer in Berwyn and a celebration of everything that makes fall special: community, creativity, and comfort.

We are currently seeking craft vendors and artisans to be part of Fall Fest! This event is designed to highlight creativity, originality, and the spirit of the season, and we are prioritizing vendors who:
- offer hand-crafted goods
- unique artwork
- sustainably made products
We are also welcoming a limited number of seasonal food vendors serving fall-inspired specialties.
For Fall Fest, we are curating a mix of high-quality, unique offerings that reflect the character of Berwyn and fit the Fall theme. If you create something by hand, produce one-of-a-kind art or offer specialty items that stand out, we encourage you to apply.
The deadline to apply is July 31, 2026.
Applicants may be contacted prior to the deadline for approval, denial, or more information.
After this date, all remaining interested vendors will be contacted.
Vendor Requirements
Selected vendors must provide their own tents, tables, chairs, and lighting suitable for an outdoor event. Vendors must also be available to remain set up and operational for the full duration of Fall Fest on September 18th and 19th, 2026.
All vendors must have the appropriate licenses, permits, and insurance required to operate and sell within the City of Berwyn/State of Illinois.
If you’re interested in participating, please submit an interest form to be considered. Space is limited, and selections will be made to ensure a well-balanced and festive vendor lineup.
