BDC Advertisement Design Program: Want to advertise with an ad but don’t have a designer or the time? The Berwyn Development Corporation is offering its design services for BDC Members starting at only $75!

The Berwyn Magazine is the most widely distributed publication in Berwyn, reaching over 18,000+ mailboxes quarterly. Each English edition is mailed to every Berwyn household and business, with a second Spanish edition mailed to every Spanish-preferred home. The magazine features BDC news and economic development updates, community news, chamber activities, and upcoming events.

Community Resource Guide - Our second issue of Berwyn Magazine is the Community Resource Guide, which reaches over 22,000 Berwyn households and businesses. In addition, every new Berwyn resident receives a copy of the Community Resource Guide with their welcome packet. BDC members receive a complimentary listing. Advertising in the guide gives your business year-round exposure and builds your local brand.

Mailing Labels - If you are looking for a B2B promotion, the BDC sells mailing labels for all Berwyn businesses (700+ contacts). Chamber label lists are more accurate and less expensive than other sources. The cost for labels is $440 per set. Members at Tier 2 receive 50% off, Tier 3 receives one FREE set per year, Tier 4 receives two FREE sets a year, and Tiers 5 and 6 receive unlimited sets of printed mailing labels.

Community Visibility

Banner Program - The City of Berwyn Street Pole Banner Program is a unique opportunity to advertise 24-hours-a-day in Berwyn’s active commercial corridors. Banners are a great way to attract customers, show Berwyn pride, and support the BDC's business-building efforts.

New Member Announcement & Member Milestones - Each Berwyn Magazine includes listings of new BDC members. Annually, members who have reached 5+ year milestones are featured in a social media spotlight.

Ribbon Cutting/Grand Opening
New business in town and need exposure? We have you covered with our Standard and Enhanced Grand Openings. The BDC coordinates logistics, designs, and mails invitations to members and civic officials. Options for Facebook ads are also available. Tier 3 members are eligible for a Standard Grand Opening, which includes a photo and a brief caption that is published in the Berwyn Magazine and released to the local media. Tiers 4, 5 & 6 are eligible for an Enhanced Grand Opening, which includes a YouTube video, social media postings, and a full press release with a photo, published in Berwyn Magazine and released to the media.

Community Event Booth Space & Sponsorships
The BDC manages community-wide events, including the Depot District Mini-Golf Pub Crawl, Clean Sweep Garage Sale, Taste of Main Street on Cermak Road, Berwyn Route 66 Car Show, Berwyn's Oktoberfest, and the Roosevelt Road Zombie Walk & Pub Crawl. These events offer discounted vendor and sponsorship opportunities for our members. Our Top Tier members are eligible for a 10% sponsorship credit on BDC events (up to the Silver level).
