Always welcome
The City of Berwyn has always prioritized being a welcoming community. One that gives space to allow each and every one of its residents to feel at home here in Berwyn. The “Always WELCOME” initiative is rooted in this collective goal, inspired by community member and City Clerk Margaret Paul. After seeing the Supreme Court ruling 303 CREATIVE LLC v. ELENIS. Clerk Paul advocated for action that would reflect Berwyn’s intention to maintain a welcoming environment for all community members, businesses, and visitors alike. In response, the BDC Executive Board created a message unique to Berwyn: Always Welcome.
Berwyn has made a commitment to being a welcoming city, and the "Always Welcome" campaign is the next step in this journey. The city is home to a beautifully diverse community where each and every person belongs. This initiative was shared with the City Council and approved unanimously.
SIEMPRE BIENVENIDO
La ciudad de Berwyn siempre ha priorizado ser una comunidad agradable, que da espacio para permitir que cada uno de sus residentes se sienta como en casa. La iniciativa "Siempre Bienvenido" tiene sus raíces en este objetivo colectivo, inspirado por Margaret Paul, miembro de la comunidad y secretaria municipal. Después de ver el fallo de la Corte Suprema 303 CREATIVE LLC v. ELENIS. El secretario Paul abogó por una acción que reflejara la intención de Berwyn de mantener un ambiente acogedor para todos los miembros de la comunidad, negocios y visitantes. En respuesta, la Junta Ejecutiva de BDC creó un mensaje único para Berwyn, Siempre Bienvenido.
Berwyn se ha comprometido a ser una ciudad acogedora, y la campaña "Siempre Bienvenido" es el siguiente paso en este viaje. La ciudad es el hogar de una comunidad bellamente diversa a la que pertenecen todas y cada una de las personas. Esta iniciativa fue compartida con el Ayuntamiento y aprobada por unanimidad.
