Strive Fitness opens new location in Lyons
Owners Shawn and Victoria Groll cut ribbon at grand opening ceremony of Strive Fitness’s new location in Lyons, IL
Strive Fitness is a family-owned fitness club started by Shawn and Victoria Groll in 2016. Over the years they have helped improve the lives of hundreds of people and help them achieve their fitness goals by focusing on 4 components to a healthier lifestyle: weight/cardio training, sleep hygiene, nutrition, and mental wellness. Strive Fitness currently operates in 4 locations in Riverside, LaGrange Park, and Lyons.
The latest Strive Fitness location opened in Lyons on September 1, 2023. It is the largest of their locations and offers 5,000 sq. ft. of workout space. The new location is located at 7905 Ogden Ave., Lyons. The grand opening included a 10 AM ribbon cutting ceremony, complimentary samples from Strive’s sister company Level Up Café & Lounge. All classes held on 9/1 were free in celebration of the grand opening. Normatech leg compression sessions were also offered for free. The grand opening was attended by Village of Lyons Mayor Chris Getty and other representatives and Strive Fitness members
Strive Fitness studios offer an array of programs designed to meet people where they’re on their fitness journeys. Members can choose to work out alone or with one of 11 Strive coaches, sign up for an exercise class, and/or participate in 6-week fitness challenges and bootcamps.
